§ 94.113 NON-APPLICABILITY TO CERTAIN DWELLINGS OR BUILDINGS.

   (A)   This subchapter shall not apply to the following:

      (1)   Owner occupied one and two family dwellings.

      (2)   Buildings constructed prior to April 30,1998 but only when a design release is issued by the Division of Fire and Building Safety or a permit the City of Columbia City when a release is not required.

   (B)   However, any new tenancy within a space previously occupied by a different tenant shall require that a key box be installed.
