SCHEDULE XII. ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   The following shall be a one-way street or alley:
   (A)   The alley between 120 N. Main Street and 110 N. Main Street shall run one-way west to east from Main Street to the alley running north and south between Main Street and Washington Street.
