After completion of all public improvements and prior to their acceptance by the Board of Public Works and Safety/Board of County Commissioners, the subdivider shall provide the Executive Director one copy of drawings showing the actual locations and specifications of all improvements installed in the subdivision. The as-built drawings shall be certified by a land surveyor or engineer licensed in Indiana.
