§ 151.04 PREVENTION OF VIOLATIONS; COURT ACTION.
   In case any dwelling or dwelling unit or part thereof is used, occupied, or maintained in violation of this chapter, the Building Commissioner, in the name of the city, in addition to the remedies otherwise provided for, may institute any appropriate action or proceedings to prevent, restrain, correct, or abate such unlawful use, maintenance, or occupancy of such dwelling or dwelling unit, or to prevent any act or correct any condition that is contrary to or illegal under this chapter.
