§ 118.134 FRANCHISE TERMINATIONS.
   Upon any termination of the franchise by the Common Council or the Common Council's refusal to renew the same pursuant to applicable federal law, the grantee shall remove its facilities and equipment from the city's public ways pursuant to § 118.078.
