§ 118.133 CITY'S COST IN FRANCHISE TRANSFERS, MODIFICATIONS, OR RENEWALS.
   The grantee shall assume the city government's cost for legal, financial, and other professional services employed for the purpose of acting on franchise transfer or modification requests or renewals of the grantee's franchise.
