(A) The grantee may not require that a person commit to a term of service greater that a month's in length in order to receive cable service.
(B) Any rights that subscribers may have pursuant to the chapter, the franchise agreement or federal law are enforceable, by the subscribers. The city government shall not be obligated to prosecute or defend any actions between the grantee and its subscribers
