§ 118.110 APPLICABILITY OF FCC PROVISIONS.
   Consumer protection/customer service provisions established by rule or regulation of the FCC are hereby adopted by the Common Council and shall be applicable to franchises to the extent that such rules do not conflict with the provisions of this section of the chapter or the terms of the grantee's franchise agreement. Inclusion of specific provisions in this section shall not be construed as indicating an intention to exclude other consumer protection/ customer service provisions established by rule or regulation of the FCC from application to the grantee. The consumer protection/customer service provisions established by the FCC shall be enforceable by the city government along with the provisions of the chapter and the franchise agreement.
