§ 118.021 STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

Any franchise granted under this chapter shall be consistent with federal laws and regulations and state laws and regulations. The requirements of state or federal laws or regulations shall, without exception, control over any conflicting terms and conditions of the chapter or of a franchise agreement.
