§ 118.016 FRANCHISE DURATION.
   The duration of any franchise and all rights, privileges, obligations, and restrictions pertaining thereto shall be as established in the franchise agreement, unless terminated earlier pursuant to the provisions of the chapter or of the franchise agreement.
