§ 117.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to hold or conduct a garage sale, yard sale, porch sale, or other similar event within the city unless a permit therefor shall first have been obtained from the Clerk-Treasurer's office.
