Failure of any owner, operator, or driver of any licensed public service automobile to operate the same in accordance with the statutes of the State of Indiana and the provisions of this chapter shall be cause for revocation of the license of such owner or operator as the same may be. The Mayor, on three days' written notice to the licensee, is hereby given full power and authority to revoke such license on proof that the licensee, his or her servant, or employee has violated in any way any of the statutes of the State of Indiana or the ordinances of the city, including this chapter, in the operation and control of the public service automobile.
