No person shall locate, maintain, or operate any storage yard, space, lot, or site, not housed within a building, for the display, dismantling, storing, depositing, or sale of used automobile parts, automobile appurtenances, automobile bodies, or wrecked automobiles; or locate, maintain, or operate in or on any such storage yard, space, lot, or site what is commonly termed an automobile graveyard, within the corporate limits of the city; except as hereinafter provided.
