The applicant must submit its written application for a special event to the Clerk Treasurer who will place the application on the Board of Works and Public Safety agenda. The applicant should appear before the Board of Public Works and Safety to present its application and to provide answers to the Board. The Board of Public Works and Safety may, after full consideration of factors the Board deems important for the health and safety of the citizens of the city, approve or deny the application. The Board of Public Works and Safety's decision shall be final; provided, however, the applicant may re-submit denied applications with changes that the applicant feels address the concerns of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
