§ 98.07 DEPOSITING GARBAGE IN STREETS; CONTAINERS REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful to deposit any garbage in any alley, street, or other place within the city not on the premises owned and controlled by the person placing the same, and no garbage shall be placed on any premises in the city, unless the same is enclosed in a suitable container as hereinafter more specifically described.
