§ 98.05 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER OR OCCUPANT.

The owner, occupant, or lessee of property located in the city shall cause to be removed from such premises all garbage at least once each week and all rubbish and other debris at least each month, and such premises shall be kept free and clear of any accumulation of garbage and rubbish.
