§ 98.03 CONSTRUCTION OF COLLECTION VEHICLES.

All conveyances of every kind and character used in the collection, hauling, and transportation of garbage and rubbish shall be of a suitably constructed sanitary type, having an all enclosed body with water-type bottom so that no drainage is permitted.
