§ 97.17 CONCRETE CONSISTENCY.

The consistency of the concrete shall be measured as described in “Tentative Method of Test for Consistency of Portland Cement, ASTM Serial Designation D 138-32T.” The slump shall not be less than one inch nor more than three inches.
