§ 97.04 DEPOSIT OF ICE OR SNOW ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, put, or place, or to suffer, allow, or cause to be deposited, put, or placed any snow or ice from any private property on any public sidewalk, street, alley, or within five feet of any fire hydrant.
