§ 94.018 PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.

(A) Portable fire extinguishers shall be located in accordance with the most current version of NFPA 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers and shall be installed and maintained as set forth in the most current version of NFPA 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers.

(B) The most current version of NFPA 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers shall be on file at the Fire Department. Upon request, any citizen of the city shall have the right to review the most current version of NFPA 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers at the Fire Department.
