§ 94.017 OBSTRUCTION OF FIRE FIGHTING APPLIANCES.
   No owner, occupant, manager or agent shall place or keep any post, fence, wall, trees, plants or any obstruction of any kind, with the exception of posts for the purpose of protection against motor vehicles, near any fire hydrant, fire department connection or fire protection control valve that would hinder the Fire Department from gaining immediate access to said equipment. Protective posts shall have a three-foot clearance from fire hydrants.
