The following spaces are designated as spaces for the parking of motor vehicles by handicapped individuals.
(A) Two spaces in the municipal parking lot located on the west side of Chauncey Street between Van Buren Street and Jackson Street, one being handicapped van accessible in the northeast corner of said lot and one being in the southeast corner of said lot.
(B) The first space north of Van Buren Street on the east side of Main Street.
(C) The first parking space north of Van Buren Street on the east side of Chauncey Street.
(D) The first parking space west of Chauncey Street on the north side of Van Buren Street.
(E) The first parking space west of Line Street on the north side of Van Buren Street.
(F) The first parking space south of Van Buren Street on the west side of Line Street.
(G) The first parking space south of Van Buren Street on the west side of Chauncey Street.
(H) The first space north of the alley on the east side of Main Street between Market Street and Van Buren Street.
(I) The first space north of the Courthouse drive on the east side of Chauncey Street between Market Street and Van Buren Street.
(J) The first space east of Main Street on the north side of Market Street.
(K) The first space, west of the alley, on the north side of Van Buren Street, between Main Street and Chauncey Street.
(L) The first space, west of the alley, and in front of the building located at 111 W. Market Street, Columbia City, Indiana.
(M) The first space, north of the alley, on the west side of Chauncey Street, between Van Buren Street and Market Street.
(N) The first space west of Main Street on the north side of Van Buren Street.
