(B) It shall be unlawful to drive any motor vehicle on any street, road, or other public way located within a city park at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour. The penalty for violation hereof shall be as in division (E) below.
(C) Motor vehicles traveling on Chicago Street between 300 feet east of the intersection of Chicago Street and the east right-of-way line of Ohio Street and the east corporate boundary of the city shall not exceed a maximum speed of 40 miles per hour.
(D) Motor vehicles traveling on Lincolnway between Squawbuck Road and U.S. Route 30 within the corporate boundaries of the city shall not exceed a maximum speed of 40 miles per hour.
(E) Any person who shall violate any provision of this schedule, on conviction, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50.
(F) The maximum speed on the following streets shall be 45 miles per hour:
