(A) No unicycle shall be operated on a public highway from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.
(B) All unicycles shall be equipped with a red reflector on the rear of a type which shall be visible from all distances from 50 to 300 feet to the rear when directly in front of lawful lower beams of headlamps of a motor vehicle. A lamp emitting a red light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear may be used in addition to the red reflector. No unicycle shall be equipped with nor shall any person use upon a unicycle any siren or whistle.
(C) No unicycle shall be operated on the public streets which shall exceed 40 inches in height measured when the unicycle is perpendicular to the ground, from the bottom of the tire to the top of the seat.
