§ 73.18 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   No person shall ride a bicycle, unicycle, or three-wheeled cycle, skateboard, roller blades, roller skates or motorized or non-motorized scooter (excepting transportation used by handicapped individuals) on a sidewalk within a business district.
   (B)   Whenever any person is riding a bicycle, unicycle, or three-wheeled cycle, skateboard, roller blades, roller skates or motorized or non-motorized scooter on any sidewalk, such person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signal before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.
