§ 72.03 HAULING IN OPEN TRUCKS REGULATED.
   No person shall cause to be hauled in an open truck, trailer, or wagon any corn cobs, corn shucks, waste paper, or other debris which is likely to be blown from the vehicle, either due to wind or movement of the truck, trailer, or wagon in order to eliminate the same from being scattered over the street, alleys, or yards of the city, due to the velocity of wind or movement of the vehicle.
