§ 71.05 PARKING TIME LIMITS.
   (A)   Parking or standing a vehicle in a designated space in a designated parking zone as defined in § 71.02(A) shall be lawful for two hours without charge.
   (B)   Unless otherwise stated, limitations on parking within the designated parking zones as set forth in §§ 71.02 and 71.03 shall be Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Excepting loading zones, there shall be unlimited parking within the parking zones on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The term HOLIDAY as used in this section shall include the following days only: January 1, the day designated nationally as Memorial Day, July 4, the day designated nationally as Labor Day, the day designated nationally as Thanksgiving Day and December 25.
