§ 70.02 ENTRANCE TO AND EXIT FROM MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT.
   (A)   The sole entrance to the municipal parking lot bordering Chauncey Street shall be from Chauncey Street, and the sole exit from the municipal parking lot shall be into the alley running in a northerly and southerly direction from Jackson Street to Van Buren Street, the alley being between Line Street and Chauncey Street.
   (B)   No person using the municipal parking lot shall fail to use the entrance and exit so designated.
