§ 53.16 BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY; ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF SERVICE.

Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the city from implementing alternative methods of providing garbage and trash pickup service, including recycling. If recycling is implemented, the city shall cause each unit to be provided with a recycling container.
