§ 52.99 PENALTY.

Any user who violates § 52.41(C) or (D) may be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to or as an alternative to a fine, water service may be terminated for any user who violates § 52.41(C) or (D).
