See the city's general rules and regulations as to other provisions and the conditions pertaining to the application and furnishing of service; deposits; the turn-on and turn-off of service; the making of water taps; new extensions; consumer's installations; charges for special services furnished; the disconnection, reconnection, and transfer of service; the responsibility for payment of bills; and other conditions which are part of this schedule the same as if written herein.
