§ 52.12 BILLING AND METER READINGS.
   All service under this chapter shall be separately metered and billed. No meter readings will be combined for billing purposes. For any fractional part of a billing period, all rates shall be applicable as written, with no proration of rate blocks or minimum charge whatsoever.
