(A) The City of Columbia City Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual is hereby adopted and shall be effective as of June 1, 1995, and remain effective until such time as amended.
(B) The City of Columbia City Position Descriptions are hereby adopted and shall be effective as of June 1, 1995, and remain effective until such time as amended.
(C) The Columbia City Police Department Standard Operating Procedures Manual is hereby adopted and shall be effective as of June 1, 1995, and remain effective until such time as amended.
(D) The city will furnish a copy of an employee handbook of the City of Columbia City to each employee and receive from each person an acknowledgment, in writing, that they have read and understand the policies set forth in the handbook. This acknowledgment will be made a part of their personnel file.
(E) The city Fire Department Standard Operating Procedure Manual is hereby adopted and shall be effective as of November 6, 2000, and remain effective until such time as amended.
