§ 32.122 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.
   Appointment to the Housing Authority shall be made by the Mayor. The Mayor shall appoint seven persons as Commissioners, one of whom must be a resident of a housing project under the jurisdiction of the Housing Authority, and no more than four of whom may be of the same political party. Commissioners must be residents of the City of Columbia City or residing within five miles outside of the corporate boundaries of the city and may not be an officer or employee of the city. Provided, however, that a member of the Columbia City Redevelopment Commission may be a Commissioner.
