The Tree Board may, at its discretion, undertake and participate in cooperative projects, including, but not limited to:
(A) Recycling of leaves, chips, firewood, logs and other byproducts of tree maintenance;
(B) Development of tree-planting systems in conjunction with other public and private agencies;
(C) Develop and use of a tree-bank, in cooperation with other public and private agencies;
(D) Education of the public concerning tree maintenance;
(E) Providing technical advice and assistance to developers, builders, contractors, and the like, in the selection and protection of naturally-occurring trees, during the development of wooded areas;
(F) Communication with such professional and technical services as it may see fit, within the scope of this subchapter.
