§ 32.046 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FUND.
   (A)   There is established, pursuant to I.C. 36-7-13-4, an industrial development fund to be known as the Industrial Development Fund, Blue River Industrial Park Phase II.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized and directed to transfer funds from the existing industrial development fund to the new industrial development fund established in division (A) above.
