§ 32.011 OFFICE OF DIRECTOR OF PLANNING AND ZONING.
   (A)   There is established the office of Director of Planning and Zoning for the city.
   (B)   The Director of Planning and Zoning shall be appointed by the Mayor, and, subject to the approval of the Common Council, his or her appointment shall continue during good behavior and service. The Director shall not be removed from office except for cause.
