§ 30.03 MAYOR'S PROMOTIONAL ACCOUNT.
   (A)   There is established a Mayor's Promotional Account, a part of the general fund of the city.
   (B)   The Common Council of the city is authorized to budget and appropriate funds from the general fund of the city into the Mayor's Promotional Account.
   (C)   The funds accumulated in the Mayor's Promotional Account will be used to pay the expenses of, or to reimburse, city officials for expenses incurred in promoting the best interests of the city, including, but not limited to, rental of meeting places, meals, decorations, memorabilia, awards, expenses incurred in interviewing job applicants, expenses incurred in promoting industrial, commercial, and residential development, expenses incurred in developing relations with other units of government, and any other expenses of a civil or governmental nature deemed by the Mayor to be in the best interests of the city.
