(A) Words used in the past or present tense include the future as well as the past and present.
(B) Words denoting the masculine gender shall be deemed to include the feminine and neuter genders.
(C) Words in the singular shall include the plural, and words in the plural shall include the singular.
(D) A general term following specific enumeration of terms is not to be limited to the class enumerated unless expressly so limited.
(E) Unless otherwise specifically provided, the time within which an act is required by law to be done shall be computed by excluding the first day and including the last; except that the last shall be excluded if it is a Sunday or holiday.
