3-3-8: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter, which references the penalty section, is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to the penalty as provided for by the general penalty section of this code. (Ord. 03-02, 4-8-2003, eff. 5-9-2003)
