A. Fee: The city clerk-treasurer shall collect the permit fee. The permit fee for profit and nonprofit organizations shall be as determined from time to time by resolution of the city council. Fees, if any, for such permits, must accompany the application.
B. Waiver Of Fee: The city council, upon their determination that the holding of an event serves in the best interest of the city, may waive the fee. (Ord. 99-10, 6-24-1999; amd. 2003 Code)
