Any person, group or other entity who is holding an event on private property, may seek an event permit under the same criteria as set forth above. Such permit is encouraged for events that will be serving alcohol or providing musical entertainment. In the event a permit is issued, failure to comply with the terms subjects the permit to immediate cancellation as determined by the Colstrip Police Department. (Ord. 2018-01, 3-27-2018)
