6-2-3: ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE LEVIED:
All special improvement districts shall be assessed one percent (1%) of the total cost of the district, which one percent (1%) shall be paid out of bond sales to the city and shall be used for the purpose of covering administrative expense. (Ord. 04-01, 2-10-2004)
