9-1-13: FUNDS:
The accounting and billings for the water and wastewater department funds shall be the responsibility of the city clerk- treasurer. Water department receipts and expenditures shall be accounted for in a separate enterprise fund of the city. Wastewater department receipts and expenditures shall be accounted for in a separate enterprise fund of the city. (Ord. 04-01, 2-10-2004)
