9-1-7: PERMIT REQUIRED:
No persons shall uncover, make any connections with, or opening into, extend, use, alter, or disturb the municipal water system and/or municipal wastewater system without first obtaining a written permit for the purpose from the city and paying all applicable fees. (Ord. 04-01, 2-10-2004)
