6-6-5: IMPLEMENTATION OF PROGRAM:
There is a ninety (90) day period from the date this chapter takes effect to implement the requirements.
After this ninety (90) day period, the city reserves the right to adopt additional ordinance provisions and regulations for purposes of enforcement of this chapter. (Ord. 2010-01, 2-9-2010, eff. 3-11-2010)
