A. Restrictions:
1. The travel of commercial vehicles as defined in Montana Code Annotated section 61-1-109(9) on the portion of Willow Avenue which runs through the city of Colstrip is hereby prohibited. This restriction does not apply toward commercial vehicles making local deliveries to retail and governmental destinations within the city limits of Colstrip. Any owner, person, or operator in violation of this provision shall be deemed to have committed a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) or more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) per occurrence.
