6.8.105: LICENSE FEES:

License fees for all dogs and cats shall be established by City Council resolution. City Council may establish license fees, renewal fees and other charges for the licensing of altered and unaltered male and female dogs and cats. License fees may be discounted for senior citizens aged sixty five (65) and older.
