6.7.119: DANGEROUS ANIMAL LICENSE:
   A.   Any animal declared to be dangerous pursuant to the provisions of section 6.7.108 of this article shall be required to be licensed as a dangerous animal.
It shall be unlawful for the owner of a dangerous animal to fail to notify the City of any sale or transfer of ownership of a dangerous animal licensed pursuant to this section.
   B.   All applications for a dangerous animal license shall be made to the City on the prescribed form. A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall accompany the application, five dollars ($5.00) of which shall be considered an application fee and nonrefundable.
   C.   Any dangerous animal license issued pursuant to this section shall be in addition to any other license required by this chapter and shall be valid for one year and must be renewed annually by the owner or keeper.
