The remedies provided in this chapter shall be cumulative and in addition to any other remedies which may be available to the Administrator or Medical Director. Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to preclude the Administrator or Medical Director from seeking other remedies in addition to, or in lieu of, the remedies granted. The Code Enforcement Administrator is specifically authorized to issue a summons and complaint for failure to abate a violation determined to affect serious life safety standards 1 .
